For one young man, an agreement from the government attorneys that an old deportation order against him should be reopened and terminated so he can finally get his greencard through his wife. It is a huge weight off his shoulders, and we couldn’t be happier to be a part of that process.
For another young man, an unexpected denial of a petition for his wife based on his old criminal record, even though a higher court had ruled in our favor.
Immigration consequences of even minor and old criminal violations can be severe and unforgiving.
